Amped Music Project is free music workshops, mentoring and all-ages gigs for U18 young people in Term 3, with guest artists, techs and tutors from Ōtepoti Dunedin's music community.
We aim to encourage and empower young musicians, in safe, supportive, fun spaces.
We meet up on Saturday and Sunday afternoons in August and early September for a series of practical workshops and all-ages gigs.
Our guest artists, techs, tutors and speakers include awesome Ōtepoti bands, award-winning songwriters, and music business experts.
Amped mainly takes place at Te Whare O Rukutia, 20 Princes St, and is proudly produced by Dunedin Fringe.
Amped is free to attend, thanks to our generous funders and supporters.
